- It is recommended that you take this product with Montiff’s B-Long or B-Complete.

Directions:
Take 1-4 Capsules T.I.D. 30 minutes before meals with a full glass of fruit juice or water.
Do not take with milk or hot fluids.
For vegetarians: Take contents out of capsules.
Vitamins and minerals are required for proper metabolism and Montiff Vita-Minz Plus and B-Complete or B-Long are recommended.
Interactions:
None Known.
It can be used with patients taking SSRI medications.
Consult a healthcare professional if taking SSRI or prescription medications that involve serotonin or chemistry catecholamine.
