Very effective supplement

I have used Ostera for years and it has helped me avoid serious bone loss. I am 70 years old now and still have not had to use any of the strong and scary medications that doctors often prescribe. Taking Ostera along with a healthy diet and moderate exercise has certainly worked for me. I will continue taking Ostera for sure!

Osteopenia Be Gone!

I have taken one tablet 2 times a day for several years to keep my bones strong. About 8 years ago I was able to quit taking a bone stabilizing prescription drug as a result. Even though this is an out of pocket expense, it is worth it!

The functional medical MD I go to prescribed Ostera because a bone scan revealed that i had a pre-osteoporosis condition. I was already taking Berberine which he said I could discontinue because Ostera had Berberine in it as well. I’m very satisfied with the product and am sure that future blood work will show an improvement in my condition.

Ostera for Bone Support

For several years I have been taking Ostera. I started taking Ostera after a bone density test showed my scores were going in the wrong direction, and I would get osteoporosis if I continued on that path. On the radio, I heard a doctor discussing the benefits of Ostera and how it could strengthen bone density. Now, when I get my bone density tests every two years, I have no signs of bone deterioration. I take the product twice a day. I am very happy to use a product that strengthens my bones.
