Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, 1 scoop (1/4 teaspoon) in 10 oz of liquid three times daily as a nutritional sweetener, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Pure glycine powder may be easily combined with water, fruit juice or other liquids.
