    Phosphatidylserine forCognition

    I started taking this supplement several years ago at the suggestion of a friend who had been diagnosed with Lyme disease from a tick bite. She was a former engineer but Lyme rendered her incapable of continuing her career. Her Lyme specialist doctor recommended Phosphatidylserine to help her retain/improve her cognitive health. I’ve taken it ever since.

    This product was recommended by my Naturopath two years ago. Follow the consumption guidelines provided on the bottle. It burns off the excess cortisol from stress, improves brain function and enhances energy. Each person should review this product with their health care provider before taking; it may not be the best cortisol manager for everyone!

    I have been taking this supplement as directed, on advice from my physician for about 4 wks now. I cannot honestly tell any difference in how I feel yet, but there have been no adverse side effects. I plan to continue take them for several weeks to allow adequate time for the medication to reach therapeutic levels.
