I think it helps brain health over time

I did not learn about the benefits of NAC relative to covid-19 until I had been suffering for three weeks. I was having difficulty clearing the infection and was plagued with persistent sore throat, congestion and fatigue. I read about the potential benefits of NAC and ordered some from Integrative Therapeutics. Within about three days of starting the NAC, I began to feel better. The congestion and fatigue resolved in about a week. The sore throat took a bit longer, but I am convinced that the NAC really helped me. I had not changed any of my regimen other that the addition of this supplement. I should note that I have a compromised immune system due to previous chemotherapy and radiation treatments so I was concerned about being stuck in some kind of long-covid loop. Thank you NAC!

Works very good, I have chronic bronchitis and it helps with the secretions in my lungs

I recently had the "unmentionable" virus (😉) and this supplement definitely made it less severe than what I've heard most people experience. It's one of the best supplements out there and if allowed by law I will always keep it on hand. It helps the body's immune system in a variety of ways, not just lungs but overall immunity. I'm 70, which means I have low T-cell counts to fight infections in general so it's a must to boost my immunity.

I am a seasonal allergy male who also has asthma. Contracted Covid-19 December 2019 and Omicron December 2021. Survived both but the recent bout had a persistent phlegm discharge that was annoying. Attempted several OTC medications that provided little if any relief. Fortunately, a relative recommended NAC to remedy the persistent phlegm issue. Ordered, received NAC n have been 98% phlegm free since.
