Takes the edge off and helps me relax. I feel it needs to be taken about a month to really notice the affects. My sister started taking it also and her friend asked her “what are you on?” Because she noticed she was much calmer. My mom takes it for her COPD , because breathing difficulties makes her anxious .
I truly loved it! It really helped me to sleep and I've recommended it to a lot of people.

My naturopath suggested I try these for my tension headaches which always start in my shoulders and neck and then morph into migraines if unaddressed. She suggested I take these at the first sign of tension headaches as a prophylactic for a migraine - and they work! The only negative side effect is a lot of lavender-flavored burps - and I guess depending on your perspective, that may not be a bad thing :)
