Suggested Use:

Adults take 1 capsule three times daily preferably with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

I had trouble with the flush niacin since I could not use enough because of the reaction. I reread my Dr.Hoffer's book to lower my cholesterol I could use this without the flush reaction. I did a search and found it on Amazon but when I wanted to reorder they were out. Thanks to Amazon I found your website. and ordered directly (BTW good way to get your company out there).I like it but have not done another cholesterol test since the pandemic I rather stay away from busy places. Will just keep taking it daily, found out about flush niacin years ago and it worked, so I expect the same from this product. Hanna

I love the Flush-Free Niacin. My doctor recommended I take it to help balance my cholesterol levels. I have never experienced any complications or reactions associated with the supplement.

My doctor recommended that I take niacin supplements to augment my "good cholesterol. I tried several brands, including the one sold at my local "whole grocer". All had severe reactions . This product, Integrative Therapeutics "Flush Free Niacin", recommended by my chiropractor was the answer. Zero side effects :)
