I was very skeptical that there would actually be a signaling molecule in an OTC product, but I was desperate. As usual lately, the drs have been no help and give up after only trying a couple things. I took authentic Acupuncture for a year, but the issues remained. I have nerve damage and a systemic bradykinin non-specific angioedema condition daily. In August I lost control and all feeling of right leg and feeling in foot, and the feeling did Not return to foot when episode was over. and I was able to walk again. However, I continued to study the ncbi articles and was inspired to try stimulating my Interleukin-10 production to reduce the number of M2 Type macrophages and thus reduce my inflammation and Substance P production(which corresponded to my pain levels). Within 2 hours the swelling in my lower legs and feet resolved almost completely! Within a week the feeling I had lost in August had almost completely returned to my right leg and foot!! And the residual numbness in the left resolved a good deal too! I found walking easier. I am still fighting the initial conditions of angioedema and nerve damage in lower half of body from earlier spine cysts, but I am inspired to continue seeking more homeopathically prepared signaling molecules and completely resolve these issues.
