Helps my husband sleep

This is a great alternative to melatonin (which makes me too groggy and foggy the next day). All natural and relaxes you before bedtime. I take 2 syringes underneath my tongue before bedtime.

This is the best supplement for calming my anxiety that I've ever used. i always have it on hand.

Energetix Calm Five is a lifesaver when you are really stressed out, nervous or upset. Word to the wise: beware of taking this product with aspirin. I did once. I was riding in a car after taking the two together, when we nearly got into an accident. Didn't phase me one little bit. Nothing phased me actually. I was a little too relaxed is my point.

I take this daily in the morning and the evening. Sometimes during the day, I
will feel kind of anxious and jittery. I will take a dropper full, and it seems to help.
