If you want the very best Vitamin C---Mercola is it!

1. This Vitamin C, because it is liposomal, is immediatly poised to enter your body's cells.
2. Mercola uses high quality C, ascorbic acid. Beware of cheap knock off's that will use Ascorbyl Palmitate, Ascorbyl Oleate, Cetyl Ascorbate--Do your reseach. These are not good sources.
3. I notice people saying they don't "notice" that the product is doing any good. This is utter nonsense. The only possible reason Liposomal ascorbic acid is not helping you, would be that you aren't taking enough of it. Take more!
4. If the capsules are too big for you to swallow, get the lipo in liquid form, or use powder form that can be mixed in a juice.
