My coworker thought these would be good for him and bought him the first bottle....I am so grateful to her for turning us on to this supplement. I like these lonzenges, it’s been difficult to find them. Over the counter zinc causes me to feel nauseous where as these don’t. Perhaps it’s because you allow them to dissolve in your mouth rather than just swallow them like a pill.
