Suggested Usage:

Mix 1 scoop daily with 8 oz. of water or beverage of choice. Excellent!

After reading about creatine benefits and side effects (bloating), I was ready to suffer through the bloating in order to achieve the benefits. However, Klean creatine has not caused any bloating at all in my case. I did not do the 2 week or 10 day loading stage, I just started using it and letting the loading take place in time vs trying to jump start the process. Overall, Douglas labs puts out the best supplements in the market, I also take their Vitamin D and my blood work reflects normal levels of vitamin D after years of being deficient in this measure. I highly recommend Klean creatine and Douglas labs vitamine D 5000u
