I rarely do a review but this has been and still is a great product for me. I have had gastric problems for a long time and tried many products and dietary changes. Nothing seemed to work effectively. So difficult to get the right dosage. Most magnesium products would upset my stomach to the point of nausea, painful bloating, etc.. To much your stools turn black and severe diarrhea, to little a different color and constipation and to expensive . The chelated magnesium has been great and affordable. Their dosage was just right and easier to adjust and didn't have to take a huge dose. Didn't take me long to dial in how much and/or many times to take it which is a lot less than the others I tried. It has made my problems much easier to handle . So glad I found this product. I suggested this to a couple of friends that have worse problems than I do due to their medications and medical conditions and they love it.
Every time I've ordered the product has come quickly without problems and Thank you for not doing the marketing dance. I highly recommend this product.
