    Good Decision

    A nutritionist friend recommended taking Bilex after having my gallbladder removed. Bilex helps me with digesting those difficult fats. Avocados were especially tough to digest, but I didn't want to give up eating healthy fats like avocados so I decided to give it a try. It works well.

    I love Bilex it has truly helped me digest my food better and without the bloat! I had my gallbladder out over 20 years and had no idea that it really was an important part of my body functioning in cleansing my food.     Very helpful for Digestion

    For those that have no gallbladders, this is a good product to help manage adding bile in the digestive process. This has solved digestive problems for me, along with a few other practices. I did experiment with timing of taking the product to get best effect for me.
