Suggested Use
Adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health practitioner.
Use for a minimum of 3 months (the average time it takes for new tissues to become visible) and then compare the old with the newly emerging hair, skin and nails.
Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6.
