I USE THIS QUERCETIN EVERYDAY. THE BEST !!

Immune booster, virus fighter, inflammation fighter

Research has shown that quercetin works by preventing viruses from entering cells and reducing the viral load as well as fighting inflammation.
I was exposed to my three kids and my husband (sleeping in the same bed with him being a snorer and mouth breather) and never tested positive with repeated tests and taking care of everyone, thank God. Then two weeks later I was exposed to COVID again by a co-worker (I was masked; his mask was under his nose) who tested positive two days later. Still negative 🙏🏾. After I researched and started a regimen including 500 mg of quercetin and 500 C almost every day since summer of 2020, I continued with it. Out of 5 people at home, I was the only one who didn’t get COVID despite initially being unmasked (until I quarantined everyone after they tested positive) and was taking care of everyone. The brand of Quercetin and C I use is Designs for Health Quercetin and Vitamin C powder. It’s third party certified. My experience in adding this to my regimen to improve my immune system these past two years has been great. After my family members’ COVID experience last month and seeing my immune response, they are now starting this supplement too.
