Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, one to two hours before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warning:
This product should not be taken by adolescents, pregnant or lactating women, persons taking cortisone, or persons with kidney disease. Consult your physician if taking medications for sleep, anxiety or if on any anti-coagulant, antidepressant, antipsychotic or anti-hypertensive drugs.
Caution:
For occasional and/or intermittent use only. Melatonin may cause drowsiness. If you feel groggy, do not drive or operate machinery. Do not take with alcohol. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
