Directions:
Use only as directed. Mix 1 scoop (5 g) into 4-6 ounces of water or desired beverage. Ages 4-5: Take 1 serving daily. Ages 6-9: Take 1-2 servings daily. Ages 10-14: Take 2 servings daily. Age 15 and older: Take 2-3 servings daily. Keep tightly capped and store in a cool, dry place.
