Description
- Allergy Research Group B12 Methylcobalamin in the form of methylcobalamin, with folic acid. Regular B12 (cyanocobalamin) must be converted to an active form, such as methylcobalamin, to be used in the body. Each lozenge contains 3000 mcg (3 mg) of vitamin B12.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, place 1 lozenge daily under tongue 30 seconds before swallowing, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
