Suggested Use:
Take two (2) capsules at night. May start with one (1) capsule the first night then increase to two (2) capsules each night if needed.
Warnings:
This product contains cape aloe and rhubarb. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cape aloe and rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
