I had high hopes with this product from the many great reviews. I have suffered the majority of my life from constipation and was hoping this product would be the key. I did not expect overnight miracles because my body is hyper sensitive to drugs, chemicals and supplements but did hope for better results than I have had. If I take 1 capsule, I don’t have the best results, but if I take 2, I have better results but it comes with uncomfortable cramping. I am not giving up yet and have the product on autoship so that I can give it a fair shot. If it improves, I will update my review. Likewise if it does not improve.

I’ve struggled w/constipation all my life. CM works for me with 2-4 capsules, and is comfortable all around. Recently I take Motegrity (prescribed) with 2 CM capsules daily. My digestion has never worked better and honestly I don’t know what I would do without ColonMax.

Finally I've found the best digestive product ever. After many years and many products, ColonMax is by far the best. I highly recommend it.
