I tried different brands but it seems Douglas Laboratory is working really good even my nails are stronger for me, I’m 65.

I like that this company added Boron in with Calcium and, of course, D3, zinc, magnesium. It has it all and nothing extra. Great company…helpful and fast shipping.

I was looking for a calcium Citrate supplement that had only that in it as the only ones I could find had three or more things in them. Supplement First offers the Douglas Lab ones which has worked out fine for my needs. Thank you!

I am so happy to find a pure product.
I am documenting my daily calcium intake and filling in with supplements to reach 1200mg. a day.

I like that the pills are smaller than other calcium supplements. So easy to take.

I am wondering why with my most recent order of Calcium Carbonate tablets that the size changed to slightly larger. Just a bit more difficult to swallow.

The only calcium supplement I have found that does not have many other additional ingredients such as titanium which have caused me allergic reactions. Have been using it for 6 years. I wish it came in 500 mg capsules.

I'm on my 2nd bottle. Like any supplement, it takes time to see results. My nails are stronger, that's the first noticeable improvement. What I love about it is it's easy to digest. I have a sensitive stomach and I don't have any trouble with it.
