Good Stuff

I had difficulty with statins because they caused leg pain. An alternative medicine physician recommended this particular brand of COQ 10. No more pains. Been taking it for years.

Better Co Q 10

I find that this is a more efficient Co Q 10. I bought the 50 mg gels because I read that the 100 mg were large. Often I just take a 50 mg gel and it works. Sometimes 100 mg is necessary. This brand works better than others that I have tried. I cannot take my statin without taking this CoQ 10. The pain in my muscles and bones is too debilitating.
