My primary reason for taking Berberine was to reduce my LDL and total cholesterol levels as I am unable to take Statins. After 6 months on this supplement at 1500 mg daily, I was stunned at my recent Lipid panel! My total cholesterol dropped 46 points taking it to a normal level for the first time in years and, my LDL dropped over 36 points bringing it, as well, within normal range. An added benefit was the loss of around 10 lbs.

My doctor recommended I take Berberine and Red Yeast to help regulate my blood pressure so I would not have to take prescription medication. My last visit she said my blood pressure looks great! Ive also lost some weight and have been able to regulate my weight and change my diet.

After about a month of taking berberine warts on my hands have completely disappeared after a two year long struggle of dealing with infection caused by unclean nail tools at a nail salon I used to go to. I tried a few different natural remedies to no avail. I didn’t even buy this product with the intention of clearing up my warts yet here we are. This has also helped with suppressing my appetite which has led me to no longer binge eat. Will continue to buy.

My ND prescribed this product to lower my HbA1c, in addition to other measures I could take. It helped lower it a bit, just into the normal range. I'll continue using the berberine, and try to combine it with her other suggested measures.
