Health for Your Throat Lungs and Tummy in a Bottle

This spray is absolutely essential for anyone who has a cough, or sore throat, or concern about influenza and lung issues. It's powerful, a couple of squirts can obliterate discomfort and, while I'm not an MD, I would say it also obliterates bacteria and viruses. Probably the Natural Health folks have reams of info on these ingredients. The only thing that I found to be negative is if the spray isn't in a good climate controlled environment, the liquid can get gummy and the spray won't work. Don't leave it in your car, that is. But if you do, and I did, I didn't want to just throw it away, I heated water and put a 1/4 teaspoon of the elixir in a 12 oz. glass of warm water and drank it down. Delicious and good for the tummy too.
